Inquiry Presentation to PTA

On Wednesday night, five children from Room 19 had the opportunity to present our Inquiry proposal at the PTA Meeting. Luca, Nicole, Niamh M, Lachlan and Charlotte talked about our idea for a butterfly garden.  They did an awesome job and we hope to start building the garden next week. Check out our wall display in the classroom for more information.

Year 3 Assembly - 15 May 2012

The IT gremlins were up to mischief in our assembly today. Quillan and Niamh B did a stirling job of carrying on despite the problems. Certificates were awarded to:

Fynn Marshall - Heart of Achievement Award
Angus Hill - Achievement Certificate
Quillan Dextar - Values Certificate

Keep up the great work guys.

We also managed to use the time to practise our Inquiry presentation to the PTA.

It has been a very busy week to start off the term. We have been looking at Dr Seuss books this week, started learning some Invasion Games, took part in a very moving assembly to mark ANZAC day and still managed to get some art done with Mrs Brown. Assembly 21st March 2012

Room 19 hosted the Year 3 Assembly today. Our great presenters were Angus and Nicole. Luca did an excellent job of explaining how we made our mirror portraits. Certificates were awarded to Youri (Heart of Achievement), Nicole (Values) and Lachlan (Academic). Congratulations!
